Two Different Questions
There are two very different epistemologies in the debate over the future of the Internet.
One question is, "How do we change access provisioning so the Internet survives."
The other is, "How do we change the Internet so telcos (and cablecos) survive."
As you read the various arguments, ask yourself which question is being answered.

Indeed, these are interesting questions. Which appear to be more policy oriented and most likely will be or should be addressed either by the 'free market' or intervention by the FCC. However, I probably would trust the 'free market' and consumer intelligence. The real choice would be who can deliver and at what price and benefit.
