Don't Change My Reality, Keep Net Neutrality (the Internet song)

Jill Sobule is one of my favorite people of all time. Even though her biggest hit to date is, "I kissed a girl," I can tell you first hand that she kissed a boy too (moi, how's that for onomatopoeia). A perceptive, quirky, tongue-in-cheek, heart-on-sleeve songwriter, she has teamed up with Kay Hanley and Michelle Lewis (who I don't know) to write a Save the Internet anthem! In part it goes,

Don't change my reality, keep Net Neutrality . . .
the free market kicks ass as long as the free market means give all your money to them . . .

must we remind you it's election year?
Update 6/15: The song borrows shamelessly (in the folk music tradition), e.g., "Hey Mr. Telecom Man," but it is catchy. I can't get it out of my head. But "God save the Internet?" Really? That'll be up to us mortals now.
