Vermont Governor Jim Douglas at F2C: Freedom to Connect!
Vermont Governor Jim Douglas will deliver the opening keynote at F2C: Freedom to Connect, presenting to Washington DC his initiative to make Vermont the first e-State in the Union by providing universal state-wide broadband coverage. Douglas declares, "Our approach will combine Vermont's unparalleled environmental values with innovations in education and a telecommunications infrastructure superior to that found in most modern cities."
